On May 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., VODA Co., Ltd. held a “Dealership Partnership Ceremony” at its headquarters in Osong-eup, Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do, where it officially signed its first dealership agreement with SNDA Co., Ltd.

Through this partnership, VODA declared a strategic transition in its distribution approach, marking the beginning of a closer collaboration with regional partners.

This marks the first time that VODA has signed a formal agreement with a distribution partner, and SNDA will serve as VODA’s “No. 1 Official Dealership”, responsible for future product sales.

The signing ceremony was attended by the representatives and key stakeholders of both companies. The two sides agreed not only on a simple supply contract but also on building a strategic partnership aimed at long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
