Visitors flocked to Voda’s exhibition booth, where innovative cameras were actively detecting hazards and issuing on-screen alerts. One demonstration, in which a camera closely inspected processed batteries and immediately identified defects, drew significant attention from attendees.

Voda operates under the slogan: “Beyond human senses, breaking the boundary between digital and analog as a leader in hyperconnected solutions.”

The company is pioneering a new industrial standard through its integrated solutions: VARAVIEW, which connects industrial/manufacturing data with video to enable more accurate and far-reaching predictions and decisions, and VARASYS, a high-performance industrial hardware platform.

By applying AI-powered video analytics and a sensor data integration platform, Voda provides an intelligent analysis solution that improves manufacturing uptime, yield, quality, and safety environments in real time.

At the booth, multiple cameras were installed to demonstrate how they help prevent accidents and improve quality. One system displayed the production process on a monitor and instantly flagged workers without helmets, prompting a safety alert. Another detected when a worker collapsed, issuing an immediate warning.

The cameras also monitored fire-prone lithium batteries, detecting smoke and alerting managers in real time to identify hazardous zones.

On the quality control side, the AI-driven system replaced manual inspection by analyzing live video feeds to detect defects such as scratches or dents that may occur during production. This allows manufacturers to enhance product quality and maximize operational efficiency.

Junho Choi, Head of Voda’s Inspection Technology Team, emphasized:

“Voda is committed to growing as a company dedicated to both preventing industrial accidents and improving product quality. By deploying AI-based video analysis solutions in manufacturing sites, we expect to significantly enhance workplace efficiency.”
